Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and new employee orientation.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for employee and HR inquiries; support managers with performance, conduct, workplace issues, and employee relations investigations.
  • •Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) for data accuracy; support HR system users and generate HR reports to analyze workforce data.
  • •Manage end-to-end payroll processing and related transactions, and administer employee benefits, responding to questions on compensation, payroll, and benefits.
  • •Administer attendance, leave, and time management records; ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies while coordinating resolution of attendance irregularities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in a UAE-based organization.
  • •Hands-on experience with ZenHR is a major advantage.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with flexibility to work night shift hours.
