Electrical Foreperson

Lead a solar installation crew of 3–6 as a working field Electrical Foreperson. You’ll take responsibility for safety, quality, customer service, and productivity on residential and small commercial projects—organizing and training the team, managing construction workflow and materials, maintaining documentation, and enforcing OSHA/NEC standards. You’ll also check installer progress hourly, support customer communication throughout the build, perform vehicle inspections, collect payments, and handle service calls as needed.
