Job Summary

Operate, maintain, sanitize, and monitor production equipment during the 6:30 AM–4:00 PM shift, supporting fillings and dough processing. Follow Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), maintain skills through audits and rotation, and ensure schedules, quality, and workplace safety are met. Work overtime as needed and report to the Line Team Lead while receiving additional training to perform responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Support company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries.
•Support quality work processes and comply with SQF and GMP requirements.
•Startup, operate, maintain, sanitize, and monitor equipment for production processing, including shut down procedures.
•Maintain certified skills through ongoing skills audits and rotation, and complete additional training as required.
•Report to the Line Team Lead and assist with tasks as needed, including overtime to meet production and maintenance schedules.
