Head of Food Service Channel

Develop and execute the foodservice channel sales strategy for China, driving revenue growth and market share across restaurant, hotel, catering, and institutional dining segments. Lead and mentor a sales organization covering regional sales and key accounts, build strategic distributor and customer partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain/Operations, and R&D to deliver foodservice-specific solutions and exceptional customer experience while managing budgets, forecasting, and extensive China travel.
