Job Summary

Lead design and deployment of a firm-wide Third-Party Risk Management framework, including outsourcing governance. Manage the TPRM program across new and existing suppliers, identify and mitigate third-party risks, enhance governance and monitoring, and ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines. Prepare management reports, escalate key concerns, and partner with risk, compliance, legal, and sourcing to strengthen the bank’s third-party risk posture.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and deployment of the firm-wide TPRM framework and outsourcing governance.
•Manage the ongoing TPRM program including assessing and mitigating risk of new and existing third-party suppliers.
•Ensure risks with third-party relationships are identified, assessed, monitored and controlled.
•Enhance the governance model to provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of third-party risks.
•Monitor and update the third-party risk assessment framework to align with regulatory guidelines and initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5-7 years focused expertise on Third-Party Risk Oversight, Vendor Governance, Risk Management, Operational Risk
•Proven related financial services experience, risk & regulatory related experience is highly desired
•Third Party Vendor experience preferred
•Broad and deep third-party risk technical knowledge
•Strong people management, internal consulting, and partnering skills
