Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform physical and technical tests to identify and interpret defects resulting in yield loss.
  • •Perform electrical validation and fault isolation; find physical defects associated with electrical failure and identify component failures.
  • •Document and communicate findings to peers, line operators, and managers; recommend equipment/process modifications to improve yield.
  • •Set up semiconductor processing equipment and monitor/audit line operations while supporting Stop the Job (STJ) quality efforts.
  • •Perform lot dispositions, execute lot set up plans for experiments, and conduct detailed experimental testing; provide training support and consultation to peers.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Technical Area (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technology, Material Science or comparable field), or a Technical Certification.
  • •1+ years of hands-on Lab and/or manufacturing experience.
  • •Preferred: hands-on experience with Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) operation.
  • •Ability to perform and interpret lot dispositions for inline defect, parametric and end of line data.
  • •Ability to conduct engineering and experimental testing to collect data related to integration, process, and yield.
