Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimise the Demand Management solution across stakeholders to deliver continuing airworthiness and contract delivery standards within timescales and budgets.
  • •Lead development and deployment of demand validation and priority management processes, ensuring compliance and that demand resolution options are exhausted quickly.
  • •Interface with platform maintenance and upgrade operations to ensure appropriate, timely demands are placed on and responded to by the supply chain, including presentation of material to maintenance.
  • •Develop reporting/metrication capabilities to articulate and manage Demand Management performance, capture trends for risk/opportunity management, and support escalations with effective solutions.
  • •Supervise team performance and compliance with SHE, quality, and internal/external governance frameworks; document activities, maintain airworthiness records, and support audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent extensive experience in a Supply Chain Demand Management role supporting Maintenance/after sales market environments.
  • •Recent proven experience as a Team Leader in a supply chain role.
  • •Must understand constraints and lead times associated with ML2/ML4 activity and the importance of prioritisation.
  • •Ability to drive regulatory framework understanding and apply relevant continuing airworthiness requirements within Demand Management processes.
  • •Valid Driving Licence; ISCM L5 or HND (or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
