Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate business processes and improve service delivery across the organization.
•Build production-grade GenAI applications, including LLM-powered features, AI agents, copilots, and orchestration layers.
•Develop PoCs and pilots, prototyping new capabilities and moving validated work to production.
•Build and integrate AI agents and multi-agent systems using established orchestration frameworks.
•Implement governance and security controls in code, including data/PII handling, prompt injection defenses, audit logging/traceability, and RBAC/least-privilege access patterns.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional software engineering, including 1–2 years building and shipping AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
•Proven experience delivering AI features used by real users in production.
•Hands-on experience in enterprise environments, including security, compliance, integrations, and scale.
•Deep practical experience with foundation models, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search) and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (e.g., Copilot Studio), plus strong Python and API development skills.
