Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a stimulating, supportive environment for young children to develop confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.
  • •Plan and deliver learning opportunities aligned to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • •Use purposeful play and high-quality teaching to inspire curiosity and a love of learning from the beginning.
  • •Work closely with colleagues and families to support each child’s individual development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a Bachelor’s degree with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE or equivalent).
  • •Experience teaching Foundation Stage / Early Years, preferably within a British curriculum school.
  • •Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and play-based learning.
  • •Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their individual development.
  • •Confidence using technology to enhance learning and engagement.
