Key Responsibilities

•Act as initial contact for complex client/partner banking inquiries and support creating and implementing complex banking solutions (including treasury management).
•Assist with internal account administration, business development, client presentations, and due diligence at the start of credit opportunities.
•Coordinate daily client transaction activity and transaction processing (fees, payments, borrowing), including inquiry resolution and documentation for credit underwriting/monitoring.
•Coordinate deposit-related transaction processing with the CSST team (account opening, exception clearing, overdrafts, etc.).
•Oversee development of client servicing action plans and collaborate across disciplines to ensure execution, follow-up, and service efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience (or equivalent) in financial servicing/accounting with client servicing background.

•Experience supporting due diligence and credit underwriting, including gathering financial statements and conducting basic feasibility analysis.
•Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage client servicing action plans and follow-up.
