Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage a caseload of Property & Casualty insurance defense cases through arbitration, trial, and possible appeal.
  • •Appears in court as required, including arbitrations, trials, and mediations.
  • •Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, memoranda, trial briefs, and other legal documents.
  • •Provide legal advice to clients and P&C Claims teams and develop/implement legal strategy and budget projections.
  • •Conduct direct settlement negotiations with plaintiffs' attorneys and stay current on statutes, case law, and trial-related technology.

Key Requirements
