Job Summary

Participate in a 24-month rotation within the Audit Division to gain exposure across Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Investment Advisors, Information Technology, and Finance & Accounting. Execute audit fieldwork, validate test strategies, and document evidence to support conclusions. Contribute to development of findings and recommendations, support audit follow-up on risks and regulatory issues, and attend leadership program trainings while operating with accountability for internal controls and customer-focused risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in execution of audit fieldwork in compliance with audit methodology and defined time frames, working with the audit senior to document and evaluate internal controls.
•Validate and execute test strategies to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations using appropriate tools and techniques.
•Accumulate evidence to support audit conclusions through quality documentation and audit work papers.
•Assist with development of audit findings and recommendations for inclusion in the audit report.
•Support audit and regulatory issue follow-up processes, including quality control reviews and additional audit assignments as directed by the audit senior leader.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
•Accounting, Economics, or Finance degree preferred; relevant internship or co-op experience preferred.
•Must be a fall 2026 or spring 2027 graduate.
•Demonstrates entry-level familiarity with software applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook, plus internal general ledger, reconciliation, and reporting systems.
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
