Develop, coordinate, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for the Power Station assets to ensure maximum operational availability and efficient use of resources. Align maintenance activities with reliability strategies, safety standards, and technical procedures. Create and optimize CMMS work orders, set maintenance priorities with operations and maintenance supervisors, produce weekly and monthly schedules, and track KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, backlog, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for Power Station.
•Create, update, and optimize work orders in the CMMS to align with maintenance strategies.
•Set maintenance priorities together with operations, reliability, and maintenance supervisors.
•Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly maintenance schedules, ensuring resource, material, and equipment availability.
•Monitor and report maintenance plan compliance and technical backlog, including KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, backlog, availability) and support shutdown planning with contractors.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience planning maintenance in industrial plants or power generation facilities.
•Deep knowledge of maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM).
•Hands-on experience with CMMS tools (SAP PM, INFOR, MAXIMO, or similar).
•Experience analyzing maintenance backlog, KPIs, and producing technical reports.
•Technical knowledge of rotating equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, and control.
