Key Responsibilities

  • •Simultaneously manage end-to-end execution and reporting for multiple major customer-related product domain programs.
  • •Oversee schedule, scope, resource allocation, and risk across functional groups, development centers, customers, and stakeholders.
  • •Develop and document project plans, including release/iteration plans and backlog management.
  • •Coordinate validation, verification, and testing activities to ensure quality.
  • •Manage costs (including software capitalization) and champion PMO methodology milestones and continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
  • •10+ years in Program/Project Management, preferably in a PMO or software/technical delivery environment.
  • •Ability to use PMO tools and data systems to drive KPI tracking and reporting.
  • •Deep domain knowledge with sufficient technical background to navigate complex software delivery environments.
  • •Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for executive leadership.
