Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in delivering services and insurance advice to clients as part of the Professional Services team.
  • •Coordinate renewal cycles, obtain and analyze renewal application information, and prepare underwriting submissions and claims exhibits.
  • •Confirm insurer listings on Aon’s Market Security List and check approval to underwrite in the client’s Home State; research tax and due diligence requirements.
  • •Request and review insurer quotes and binders, prepare policy documentation and endorsements, and compute taxes for premium invoices while tracking premium receipts.
  • •Prepare reports, summaries, and meeting materials for clients and collaborate across Aon offices to coordinate program delivery and issuance verifications.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of insurance experience in Professional Liability/Professional Indemnity insurance (preferred).
  • •Technology Errors & Omissions, Cyber, Management Liability (D&O), or Employment Practices Liability experience is an asset.
  • •Property and Casualty Broker License is required or must be obtained within 6 months.
  • •Ability to prioritize, multitask, and monitor workflows with strong attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, with strong Excel and analytical skills, plus strong written and verbal communication.
