•Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies aligned with Cisco’s business objectives.
•Translate strategy into initiatives with measurable outcomes and establish governance models for consistency and accountability.
•Develop and operationalize GTM frameworks for PLG and SLG motions across the agentic platform with AI product teams and GTM operations.
•Support agentic commercialization strategies—pricing, packaging, and adoption models, and build open source-to-monetization motions with Sales and Product.
•Build scalable frameworks and processes for Go-To-Market program execution across GTM teams and establish governance models to ensure accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 199,200 - 273,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
•10+ years of experience in go-to-market leadership roles (Product Management, Sales, Sales Acceleration, Customer Success, or Marketing).
•Industry experience in the AI and agentic market, either in an AI company or supporting AI products within a SaaS company.
•Professional work experience developing and leading strategic GTM initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
•Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
