Relationship Banker / SrRB - Clearwater Beach

Provide in-person and phone client service while building and expanding new and existing customer relationships. Use consultative conversations to recommend financial solutions, meet individual and branch sales targets, and refer complex needs to internal specialists. Perform advanced client maintenance and problem resolution, and support teller transactions through cross-training. Stay compliant with internal controls, risk management policies, and SAFE/Mortgage Licensing Act requirements.
