Key Responsibilities

•Monitor shift labor costs and overtime; complete accurate accounting close-out for special events.
•Ensure operational readiness and atmosphere (lights, sound level, room temperature, cleanliness, capacity, and maintenance).
•Perform opening, ongoing, and closing duties, including pre-shift communication and maintaining logs.
•Conduct safety, cleaning, and maintenance walk-throughs for interior and exterior building areas.
•Manage daily bar operations tasks: liquor pulls, cash drawer change, ticket count checks, and recap submissions to accounting.

Key Requirements

•3 years supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant/music hall environment.
•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and knowledge of state, federal, and local liquor laws and health code regulations.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Point of Sales system, preferably MICROS.
