Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor shift labor costs and overtime; complete accurate accounting close-out for special events.
  • •Ensure operational readiness and atmosphere (lights, sound level, room temperature, cleanliness, capacity, and maintenance).
  • •Perform opening, ongoing, and closing duties, including pre-shift communication and maintaining logs.
  • •Conduct safety, cleaning, and maintenance walk-throughs for interior and exterior building areas.
  • •Manage daily bar operations tasks: liquor pulls, cash drawer change, ticket count checks, and recap submissions to accounting.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant/music hall environment.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and knowledge of state, federal, and local liquor laws and health code regulations.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Point of Sales system, preferably MICROS.
