Operationalize and administer employee benefits processes across regions, handling medical plans, savings, and pension activities while following established procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries via phone, chat, and e-Request, escalating and tracking cases to resolution. Improve knowledge base and case management content, support service operations during demand spikes, and lead data audits and analytics to drive benefits performance, cost, and metric improvements.
