Sr Specialist, Process and Standards

Analyze complex Tech Ops operational challenges and drive process improvement initiatives as part of the Process & Strategy team. Use large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and issues, then deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations tied to strategic objectives. Manage multiple projects with regular status updates, perform ad-hoc analyses (including hands-on data collection and observations), and partner with operational leaders and stakeholder groups. Travel to other maintenance locations up to 20%.
