Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop work packages and create job kits so craftsmen can complete planned jobs without delay.
  • •Ensure required parts, equipment, special tools, labor, permits, and drawings are available for each job plan.
  • •Coordinate with area maintenance crews to assemble and deliver planned job packages on time.
  • •Maintain a 2-4 week ready-to-schedule backlog aligned with production needs and keep accurate BOMs in the CMMS.
  • •Verify job packet accuracy, use daily management for kit status tracking, own the job kitting area and ensure 6S compliance; coordinate with storeroom and procurement and review for obsolete parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in a technical field (preferred).
  • •5-8 years of planning experience in an industrial setting (preferred).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing facility required.
  • •Experience with electrical/mechanical machine repair required.
  • •Ability to estimate labor and costs and work effectively with crafts, supervisors, engineers, and management; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (SAP experience preferred).
