Key Responsibilities

  • •Update the plunger lift database and evaluate inspection frequency for downhole assemblies.
  • •Perform well reviews and follow up on recommendations through completion, including shadowing well servicing operations.
  • •Assist with gathering and submitting regulatory data with the Production Technologists.
  • •Complete basic CMDS and hands-on training to safely assist or execute routine operational tasks as required.
  • •Help with field operational activities such as checking wells, pigging, and plunger lift inspections; log compressor station/gas plant operational assistance as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational degree program, preferably in Engineering, Power Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related program.
  • •Must be returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work term.
  • •Attach your most recent unofficial or official transcript with your application to be considered.
  • •Available to work full-time in the Calgary office for the duration of the 4-month work term (May to August 2027).
  • •Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and comply with pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check. Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license (or equivalent) required with a clean abstract.
