Job Summary

Implement and optimize the Vendor Management System capability for External Workforce Management in SuccessFactors/Fieldglass. Partner with global Strategic Sourcing, HR subject matter experts, and local HR stakeholders to design processes, configure technical settings, and ensure fit within Epiroc’s digital HR landscape. Act as Application Manager Business for HR applications, delivering user-friendly experiences and using digitization, agile methods, and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement the Vendor Management System feature for External Workforce Management in SuccessFactors/Fieldglass, including process design and technical configuration.
•Work closely with Global Strategic Sourcing and Global HR/Sourcing subject matter experts to meet business needs.
•Serve as the Application Manager Business for HR applications, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
•Collaborate with HR managers, HR business partners, and Regional Centers of Excellence HR teams across locations.
•Deliver simple, user-friendly solutions to create exceptional experiences for managers, HR, and employees using digitization, agile methodologies, and data analytics.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Human Resources Management).
•Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
•Proven experience as a project manager, including implementing vendor management systems.
•Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, particularly talent acquisition and master data management.
•Strong expertise with SAP Fieldglass and/or other external workforce management systems in a global cloud HR environment.
