Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and procedures and lead HSE efforts at site for electrical and instrumentation work.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, develop and implement control measures, and run toolbox talks focused on electrical and instrumentation safety.
  • •Lead investigations into incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Develop, deliver, and track training programs, employee safety orientations, emergency response plans, and drills.
  • •Monitor HSE KPIs, conduct site inspections, support audits/inspections, prepare regular HSE performance reports, and oversee HSE staff implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSE certification (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 7–9 years of oil & gas industry experience.
  • •NEBOSH IGC certification.
  • •Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, HAZID, HAZOP, LOTO, and emergency response procedures.
  • •Additional certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, First Aid, or Fire Safety are an advantage.
