Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate production-line activities, provide coaching, and step in as needed to ensure maximum productivity.
  • •Enforce safety, GMP, SQF, PPE/hygiene policies and follow safety procedures.
  • •Keep track of line count and update production numbers in the computer system (typing/data entry required).
  • •Train new employees on standard operating procedures and coach all employees to follow company policies and procedures.
  • •Report defective materials and food safety/quality problems; maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.

  • •At least 18 years old and able to read, write, and speak English.
