Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve on the BAS team to develop and monitor the Family Wealth IM&T pipeline and provide subject-matter expertise for sales opportunities.
  • •Lead private business owner consulting engagements, including business value optimization, strategic option analysis, pre-/post-liquidity tax strategies, and asset protection planning.
  • •Develop and refine the Family Wealth value proposition and deliver it internally and externally in partnership with the FW team.
  • •Identify and triage business development and growth opportunities, monitor Family Wealth/Family Office industry trends, and build partnership opportunities with external vendors and organizations.
  • •Collaborate with the KPB investment management team and represent the organization externally via print, interviews, and speaking at client/professional seminars.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10 years wealth management or advisory experience for ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and family offices.
  • •Deep knowledge of private business transition and transaction strategies, including tax-driven value optimization counseling.
  • •Experience integrating fiduciary and wealth planning (trusts, taxes, business succession/sale planning, estates, wealth transfer) with investment acumen and business development.
  • •Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communications skills across a full spectrum of client and COI profiles.
  • •JD, CPA, or CFA/CFP required.
