Job Summary

Lead talent acquisition for a PE-backed finance advisory firm by building and managing proactive sourcing pipelines and running end-to-end recruitment from Senior Associate through Director level. Partner closely with the CPO and senior leadership to engage Partner-level candidates, improve hiring process and assessment frameworks, and optimize ATS and hiring metrics. Help strengthen the employer brand through market representation, content, events, and referral programs as the firm scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and run proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
•Develop structured talent maps and maintain warm pipelines for priority roles.
•Manage end-to-end recruitment from Senior Associate through Director level with a consistent candidate experience.
•Brief hiring managers and Partners to hold timelines, manage feedback loops, and support decisions.
•Manage and optimise the ATS and hiring infrastructure while tracking key hiring metrics and improving playbooks and templates.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of talent acquisition experience in-house (professional services) or as a specialist agency recruiter placing into finance/professional services.
•Deep knowledge in at least one area: Deals and Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Office of the CFO / Finance Transformation, or Tax.
•Proven track record sourcing and securing hires at Manager to Director level in high-calibre environments.
•Comfort engaging Partner and Director-level candidates directly.
•Experience improving hiring processes in a scaling environment.
