HSE Officer (KSA, SA)

Implement and monitor project HSE activities to ensure compliance with the Project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements. Conduct task analyses, risk assessments, hazard evaluations, inspections, and corrective actions; support accident/incident investigation and reporting. Develop emergency response and evacuation procedures, run HSE training and toolbox talks, and ensure inductions and documentation are completed for employees, suppliers, and visitors. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reports.
