Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global transportation function end to end, ensuring shipments are delivered on time and cost-efficiently, resolving escalations as needed.
  • •Lead and mentor logistics coordinators across time zones, reviewing movements, providing guidance, and assigning strategic projects.
  • •Define, monitor, and report logistics KPIs and SLAs (e.g., on-time delivery, cost variances, ticket response times) to improve service delivery.
  • •Plan and allocate transport requests based on capacity and specialty, stepping in to unblock escalations.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for 3PLs and freight forwarders, negotiating contracts and pricing, and oversee billing/invoicing across the department.

Key Requirements
