Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NPI activities from prototype builds through production ramp, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes.
  • •Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for scalable, efficient, and repeatable production.
  • •Apply electromechanical manufacturing expertise and drive DFM/Design for Cost improvements across mechanical and electromechanical components.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis at contract manufacturers and suppliers and drive corrective actions for quality and process issues.
  • •Design tooling, fixtures, and assembly aids and manage BOMs, deviations, MCOs, and engineering change orders with strict version and revision control.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3+ years of experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing Product, Process, or NPI Engineering in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • •Expertise in networking products related to routing, switching, and data center equipment.
  • •Strong knowledge of DFx (DFM/DFA/DFT/DFQ/DFR), production fixturing, inspection processes, and manufacturing quality control.
  • •Working knowledge of basic manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal production, coating technologies, and finishing operations.
  • •Proficient in Creo; B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
