Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, and corporate finance assignments.
  • •Manage transaction workstreams from initiation through signing and completion.
  • •Coordinate due diligence and liaise with clients and external stakeholders including legal advisers, accountants, and consultants.
  • •Oversee preparation and review of financial analyses, valuation materials, board presentations, information memoranda, and transaction documentation.
  • •Support business development by contributing to pitching activities and supervising/mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic track record.
  • •Relevant investment banking experience with substantial exposure to M&A advisory and complex transactions.
  • •Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, deal structuring, and transaction processes.
  • •Demonstrated track record of executing complex M&A transactions and managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
