Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and clarify a project charter in agreement with the system project manager.
  • •Manage general project management: time scheduling, activities/resources planning, quality planning, and risk/communication management.
  • •Set up communication mechanisms, organize project steering meetings, make decisions, and assign/follow up tasks.
  • •Plan activities, resources, and durations; define constraints and identify conflicts, constraints, and risks; budget for project phases.
  • •Manage subsystem costs (prototype costing and volume delivery product cost), coordinate stakeholder risk mitigation, and report project status regularly; support product quality planning and ensure compliance with process quality and regulations.
