Job Summary

Support the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) and Whole Loan trading institutional sales team through the full trade cycle, including execution support, ticketing, reconciliation, pair-off, and client service. Work closely with middle office, senior sales traders, and clients to facilitate execution for TBA/pools and whole loans. Monitor market activity, prepare daily trading reports, use Bloomberg and other tools, and help ensure SEC/FINRA/MSRB compliance and accurate transaction records.

•Resolve client trade issues and perform reconciliation, ticketing, confirmations, and pair-off.

•Develop and maintain professional relationships with institutional clients and respond to trade execution inquiries.
•Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, MSRB, and firm policies while maintaining accurate transaction and communication records.
