Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and maintain accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and trend analyses.
  • •Analyze project cost data to identify risks, opportunities, and potential variances.
  • •Support development and maintenance of project budgets, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • •Implement and maintain project change management processes, including trend tracking and impact assessments.
  • •Track commitments, expenditures, accruals, and contingency usage throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience in cost engineering, project controls, estimating, cost management, or construction project support roles.
  • •Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, or large capital projects.
  • •Understanding of cost control, forecasting, budgeting, change management, and project reporting principles.
  • •Experience preparing and reviewing cost reports, forecasts, budgets, and project performance metrics.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project controls software; familiarity with SAP, EcoSys, Primavera, or similar systems is preferred.
