HR Business Partner

Serve as a Human Resources Business Partner embedded in site leadership, managing HR policies and programs across employee relations, performance management, benefits/compensation, orientation, training, safety/health, and compliance. Implement and oversee HR initiatives, supervise HR staff, and partner with the business on workforce skills, succession planning, and employee retention. Lead compliant execution of the Affirmation Action plan, resolve policy/labor relations issues, and use data to drive recommendations.
