Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee daily SEC Rule 15c3-1 net capital calculations and SEC Rule 15c3-3 reserve calculations.
•Support daily liquidity management, cash flow monitoring, and funding workflows across clearing and settlement operations.
•Monitor and resolve clearing cash suspense breaks, cash reconciliation issues, and operational exceptions tied to brokerage activity.
•Partner closely with Finance leadership on liquidity stress testing, capital forecasting, and operational risk analysis.
•Assist in scaling and supporting institutional brokerage buildouts and operational infrastructure initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of experience within broker-dealer financial operations, brokerage accounting, or financial control environments.

•Experience working within a carrying broker-dealer, self-clearing firm, or institutional brokerage environment.
•Hands-on exposure to financial clearing operations, suspense management, liquidity workflows, and brokerage financial operations.
•Ability to operate cross-functionally and manage operational or institutional infrastructure-related projects.
