Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee daily SEC Rule 15c3-1 net capital calculations and SEC Rule 15c3-3 reserve calculations.
  • •Support daily liquidity management, cash flow monitoring, and funding workflows across clearing and settlement operations.
  • •Monitor and resolve clearing cash suspense breaks, cash reconciliation issues, and operational exceptions tied to brokerage activity.
  • •Partner closely with Finance leadership on liquidity stress testing, capital forecasting, and operational risk analysis.
  • •Assist in scaling and supporting institutional brokerage buildouts and operational infrastructure initiatives.
