Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze logs and endpoint collection systems to facilitate identification and investigation of cybersecurity issues.
  • •Review security configurations and help customers improve protection coverage, operational readiness, and security posture.
  • •Respond to MDR-related customer scenarios, document solutions, and provide timely resolutions.
  • •Support customer onboarding and MDR service adoption by ensuring environments are configured to established best practices.
  • •Create MDR service reports and track and report remediation efforts while collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Basic knowledge of core cybersecurity concepts.
  • •Fundamental understanding of network traffic analysis and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, protocols).
  • •Familiarity with vulnerability management and security monitoring concepts.
  • •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
