Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in quality conference calls and in-person meetings, and track key quality metrics with regular reporting to quality engineering and internal management.
  • •Use statistical methods to analyze quality and reliability data, identify trends, and develop projections for risk assessment and corrective actions.
  • •In crisis/customer-critical issues, assimilate technical details to understand critical elements, guide working engineering teams, and formulate customer responses.
  • •Craft customer presentations and write/review 8D reports covering root cause, risk assessment, corrective/preventative actions, and recovery plans.
  • •Serve as issue manager for critical incidents by coordinating across engineering teams to drive timely resolution and maintain operational continuity.

Salary: USD 168,000 - 322,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, quality, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of demonstrated experience in electronics customer quality.
  • •Customer interface experience is critical, with the ability to quickly comprehend technical details behind customer complaints.
  • •Excellent proficiency with 8D problem solving tools and methods.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills, plus strong organizational and program management skills coordinating across engineering and business teams.
