Job Summary

Develop and advance speech, audio, and multimodal LLMs that power voice-first agentic AI experiences. Build AI-native workflows to accelerate research, evaluation, and deployment, while addressing AI safety, security, privacy, and Sovereign AI requirements. Create benchmarking frameworks for voice agents across quality, reasoning, tool use, latency, reliability, and UX. Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers across research, engineering, product, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and advance speech, audio, and multimodal LLMs for voice-first agentic AI experiences.
•Use AI-native and agentic workflows to accelerate research, development, evaluation, and deployment of AI systems.
•Design and deploy AI models and platforms with AI safety, security, privacy, and Sovereign AI requirements in mind.
•Establish and drive benchmarking frameworks for voice agents, including quality, reasoning, tool use, latency, reliability, and user experience.
•Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate across research, engineering, product, and customer teams to foster a One Team culture.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•2+ years of experience building and deploying speech, multimodal AI, or LLM systems.
•Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
•Hands-on experience with ASR, TTS, speech understanding, audio-language models, or multimodal LLMs.
•Experience building production ML pipelines and MLOps infrastructure, with proven technical leadership and mentoring.
