Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of direct product configuration management experience, including product structure, parts, drawings, and requirements management.
  • •3+ years of experience managing and developing configuration management teams.
  • •Demonstrated experience in high-rigor environments (e.g., aerospace or defense).
  • •Deep knowledge of configuration management principles/standards (e.g., ANSI/EIA-649, MIL-STD-973, CM2) and PLM tools for complex hardware products.
