Job Summary

The role will partner with plant leadership at the 6 October factory to drive people strategies that enable strong performance, safety, engagement, and a sustainable talent pipeline. Based at the factory, you’ll translate business needs into a clear people plan, lead performance and organizational planning, and coach leaders through development and change initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead performance management initiatives for the plant.
•Lead organizational planning efforts for leadership positions and critical roles.
•Participate in interview and selection panels.
•Facilitate the movement of talent within and across functions.
•Coach leaders on development planning, quarterly appraisal cycles, and continuous feedback and mentoring throughout the year.

Key Requirements

•Experience across HR disciplines (talent & development, compensation & benefits) with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Proven track record of problem-solving, simplifying complexity, and leading change.
•Strong understanding of business fundamentals and people metrics.
•Excellent English skills.
