•Coordinate and schedule interviews as part of the recruitment process with support from recruiters and Talent Acquisition.
•Work with Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers or interview committees to improve scheduling efficiency.
•Own interview scheduling KPIs/SLAs, such as number of interviews scheduled and time needed to schedule.
•Educate colleagues within Talent Acquisition on scheduling procedures and participate in stakeholder process-improvement education.
•Monitor scheduling workflows, identify blockers, and bring issues to stakeholders and recruiters; contribute in team meetings.
