Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and communicate the Non-Financial Risk Management plan to stakeholders and design training materials.
  • •Update and maintain Risk Management Connect pages and oversee the rollout of the Training and Awareness plan; evaluate its effectiveness.
  • •Organize workshops with Risk Vector experts and document results; populate data into the Non-Financial Risk Management tool.
  • •Define and document controls for in-scope objectives; prepare and execute the annual control testing plan; collect evidence and report results to Risk Committees.
  • •Manage Risk Management Tools administration: handle user queries, provide guidelines and trainings, manage access rights and ensure proper governance of tool usage.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years experience in Non-Financial Risk Management or related fields
  • •Experience with Non-Financial Risk Management, Internal Control Systems, RCA/RCSA, control testing, audit, compliance, or risk assurance within the Three Lines of Defense model
  • •University degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • •English – mandatory
  • •Ability to work effectively in remote teams and across diverse cultures
