Enterprise Accounts Associate

Support the Enterprise Account Management team for an evolving portfolio of hotel groups. Own assigned projects end-to-end, including onboarding and rollout, portfolio-level supply optimization, and educating partners on how HotelTonight and Airbnb platforms work. Partner closely with hotel group headquarters and regional stakeholders plus cross-functional Airbnb teams, manage partner relationships, triage requests as a “front desk,” and drive partner success through scalable workflows.
