Production Supervisor

Direct and organize production operations, ensuring standard policies and procedures are followed and overseeing all production employees. You will manage daily shift huddles, accurately report production, and communicate issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, and production. The role includes leading safety and plant policies, supervising job responsibilities and schedules, monitoring attendance and production data, maintaining records, and assisting with production issues to ensure efficient operations.
