Key Responsibilities

•Lead MBSE-driven systems engineering activities for the SAOC program, including requirements development, system design, integration, verification, validation, and technical documentation.
•Participate in and facilitate Agile team ceremonies, sprint reviews, user story refinement, and end-of-sprint product demos.
•Support Agile planning and execution, help manage program cost and schedule objectives, and assist with risks and issues.
•Collaborate with security, crypto, customer, and engineering experts to develop secure, cyber-resilient systems and MBSE artifacts.
•Assist with cost account management activities, tracking cost and schedule performance and communicating risks.

Key Requirements

•Experience in multiple areas of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, design, integration, verification, validation, and technical documentation.
•Experience with MBSE, including system modeling, requirements traceability, or architecture development.
•Experience leading engineering activities while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
•Experience using the Atlassian resource suite, specifically Jira, Jama, and Confluence.
•The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.
