Job Summary

Own the end-to-end quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles, consolidating inputs across business units and producing clear variance analysis and recommendations. Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting with standardized dashboards and KPI tracking. Partner with commercial, product, and marketing teams to translate financial data into pricing, cost, and resource-allocation insights, while improving FP&A processes and automating reporting using AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage the end-to-end quarterly forecasting process, consolidating inputs from business units.
•Lead the annual budgeting cycle by coordinating with department heads, consolidating submissions, and presenting final budgets to leadership.
•Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports and build standardized dashboards/templates for KPI tracking.
•Conduct deep-dive financial analysis on revenue, cost structures, and profitability drivers, ensuring data integrity across models and reports.
•Serve as a finance business partner to commercial, product, and marketing teams and improve forecasting accuracy through process standardization and automation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
•Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management accounting.
•Demonstrated experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes end-to-end.
•Advanced financial modeling with strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and the ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders.
