Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a people leader for ~4 direct reports, including talent and performance management
  • •Set the program’s strategic direction, including scope/impact, curriculum and experience, and partner interaction models
  • •Build and maintain relationships with Accountable Executives and key stakeholders across S&G Recruiting, HRBPs, and line-of-business teams
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize roles and people leaders aligned to business needs and enterprise guidelines
  • •Manage the associate experience end-to-end, including onboarding, placement, job-family curriculum oversight, networking, and engagement initiatives

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,700 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • •At least 6 years of program management, client-facing, or consulting experience (or a combination)
  • •At least 1 year of people leadership experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •Significant experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data to make strategic changes
