Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and promote a world-class safety culture, ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance, audits, corrective actions, and daily safety engagement.
  • •Direct all manufacturing operations including production, assembly, finishing, warehousing, shipping, maintenance, and facility management while executing schedules and improving throughput.
  • •Maintain financial accountability by managing labor efficiency, overtime, productivity, material usage, waste reduction, and reviewing operational KPIs and profitability metrics.
  • •Establish and maintain a culture of quality by meeting standards, investigating quality concerns and customer complaints, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead scheduling/project execution and inventory/materials management through coordination with Master Scheduling, Project Management, Purchasing, ERP process discipline, cycle counts, and recovery plans for at-risk jobs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years managing multiple departments in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong ERP/MRP experience required; Epicor/Kinetic experience preferred.
  • •Experience in architectural millwork, retail fixtures, displays, woodworking, cabinetry, or related manufacturing preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
