Job Summary

Serve as a key interface between the organization and customers for the Houston Additive Manufacturing Technology Center. Drive business growth through customer engagement, strategic communications, marketing initiatives, and public-facing representation. Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and leadership; support proposal and bid responses; maintain CRM pipeline updates and reporting; and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.

•Serve as a primary point of contact for customers in coordination with the Business Development Manager.
•Support customer engagement activities including meetings, presentations, and follow-ups; maintain relationships to support account growth and satisfaction.
•Develop internal and external communications, including executive briefs, customer-facing summaries, and status reports; support proposal development and bid responses.
•Assist in development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating marketing collateral and analyzing market trends and competitor positioning.
•Coordinate and manage marketing and business development projects end-to-end; support CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
